Heather Dubrow Shares a Rare, Makeup-Free Photo: "This Is 50"

We can’t believe Heather Dubrow’s latest pic. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum just turned 50, celebrating in total style — and from what we can tell from her latest Instagram picture, 50 looks so good on her.

The makeup-free selfie shows Heather in front of the camera, her hair wet and pulled back, and her face devoid of absolutely any makeup whatsoever. The simple look really brings out Heather’s large brown eyes, and her fresh-faced smile is absolutely flawless. The pretty mama didn’t go into too much detail while captioning the image, either: All she wrote was the simple sentence, “This is 50.” Well, if that’s what 50 looks like, sign us right up!

We honestly can’t be too surprised Heather looks like a 20-year-old in this picture, though. A strong proponent of interval-based eating, the author even penned a book called The Dubrow Diet — which went on to become the most-searched diet on Google. The intermittent fasting diet allows you to eat cheat meals and doesn’t restrict any foods. Heather’s also been very vocal about the various procedures she uses to look as stunning as she does, including vitamin drips and cellulite treatments. We have to say, though, whatever she’s doing, it’s totally working — and we love her refreshing honesty through it all.
