Shannon Storms Beador has been living her best life the past few months. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom moved into a new massive California pad with seven bedrooms, she's been slaying date night fashion with new beau John Janssen, and she's even debuted a fresh 'do. Now, Shannon is setting her focus back on her fitness regime.
In a recent Instagram Stories clip Shannon admitted, "I've been slacking off quite a bit with these walks and my routine because I've been enjoying life." She added, "Yes, I ate Halloween candy and on Friday night I had a piece of birthday cake and yesterday at the USC game, I had chicken nachos. But no more of that fun stuff." The OC stunner is determined on getting ready for the upcoming RHOC Season 14 reunion. "It's crunch time," she shared.
Shannon already has an outfit planned for the highly anticipated sit-down, which is serving as her motivation. "This year I'm wearing a really short dress — legs need to be toned. But I'm working on it! Just hoping the last few days haven't turned the legs into mush," she said.
It looks like Shannon will be heating things up this reunion. We can't wait!
