The Real Housewives of Orange County beauty Tamra Judge is in tip-top shape, from her seriously sculpted arms to rock-solid abs. Plus, just watch the video above to see the intense workout moves the CUT Fitness gym owner does regularly: we're talking mountain climbers on a treadmill, lunges on a balance dome, and more super-hard exercises that Tamra says she "absolutely despises," but she runs through them like a champ.
Now, Tamra is showing the workout at Cut Fitness she turns to specifically for her booty. The good news is that it's one simple move and it doesn't require any crazy equipment. The bad news (or maybe good news?) is that your glutes will be super sore if you try this. Check out Tamra's bridge exercise with platform step and resistance band in her Instagram below. "Working the booty," she wrote in the caption.
