Vicki Gunvalson Spilled the Tea on Her Recent Under-the-Radar Face Lift

In Orange County, getting a little nip/tuck is as common as having your house repainted. (Watch the clip above for proof!) But Vicki Gunvalson has sworn off at least one procedure for the time being, and has said that she's "never getting another filler." And in a recent interview with Us Weekly, The Real Housewives of Orange County insurance buff opened up even more about her decision to stay away from the "f" word, and what her beau Steve Lodge thinks about it all. 

"I had a lot of fillers in my face and I didn’t feel like it was me anymore,” Vicki said. “I had too many doctors, too many different times say ‘let’s do this, let’s do that, let’s fill here, let’s do Voluma, let’s do Sculptra,’ and by the time I was done I looked in the mirror and was like ‘I don’t even look like myself.’”

When she asked Steve if she needed a face-lift, he reportedly said: "Absolutely not, you look gorgeous the way you are, just grow old gracefully." And Steve wasn't the only member of Vicki's inner circle who urged a more natural approach to aging: "I asked my daughter [Briana Culberson if I need a face lift] and she said ‘Absolutely not. I don’t want you to look pulled. I don’t want anything to look different about you." (Aww!) 

However, this story has a twist! Even after she'd spoken to her nearest and dearest about having more work done, Vicki returned to her trusted doc, Dr. Ambe, and said: "OK, let's book it." This time, however, the lower face-lift she booked would not make Vicki look unlike herself.

After having the procedure, "My skin looks baby smooth,” Vicki said. “I don’t have a wrinkle, I don’t have a divot and I have no fillers. I look like [I did when I] was 40 or 35.” Sounds like a happy medium to us!
