In the Orange County, plastic surgery is just a part of everyday life — peep the clip above for proof of that! In the video, OG 'Wife Vicki Gunvalson spilled: "Plastic surgery is not fun. But to me, I look at it as like painting your house. If you've got to do it, you do it. Fix it up."

Still, she added that there is a limit when it comes to that, um, sprucing up. "Definitely, there's been a lot of people overdone," she said. "I hope I'm not one of them."

Well there's no risk of that, now that Vicki has officially sworn off plastic surgery. Speaking to ET, the insurance pro said that her recent lower-face lift was the last plastic surgery she plans to have. "I'm done," she said, adding that Tamra Judge had inspired her to get the recent lift in the first place.

"I went to Tamra's doctor, 'cause she told me I needed a face-lift,” Vicki said. “So I thought, 'OK, I gotta listen to Tamra so she doesn't get mad at me.' No, but God love Tamra, she tells me how it is.” While she was at the doc, Vicki also had her fillers removed.

"That was one thing that I think a lot of doctors overdo,” she shared. “Through the last four, five years, as I got older, they kept wanting to [get] Juvederm, and Restylane, and this and that, and Sculptra, and before I knew it, I didn't look like myself. So, I took all the fillers out. I have totally smooth skin now.”

And as far as Vicki's concerned, there's no turning back on that. "I'm never doing another filler, another anything. I'm just leaving it alone, 'cause [Dr. Ambe] said once you start doing that, it becomes, ‘I wanna do more and more and more and more.’ He said it was like granulated sugar underneath my skin, of all these different areas that had been injected. So, I didn't even look like myself anymore."
