Braunwyn Windham-Burke has been a staunch supporter of social distancing for more than a month now, self-quarantining herself, her husband, and her seven kids (plus her eldest daughter Bella’s boyfriend!) in the family’s gorgeous new home. Encouraging her social media followers to social distance as a way to flatten the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is prone to hashtag her frequent Instagram posts with “stay the f--k home!”

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Doing so, she admits, isn’t always easy. “I just want to send a shout-out to all of the people out there who are in this together, staying home, doing our part, but like, if you feel like you’re going crazy, feel free to DM because you are not alone because I am like, dude, bats--t,” she said during an Instagram Stories video, adding, “But yeah, I just want to let everyone know we are in this together and it’s hard, but one day at a time.”

Luckily, her new house — with its glorious backyard, in-home movie theater, and pirate ship-esque playhouse — is easing the quarantine pain. In a photo posted to Instagram, Braunwyn shared a look inside an adorable room created by her go-to interior designer Danielle Tarango, writing, “Thank you @danielletarangodesign, this playroom has been the best thing ever!!” Tarango reposted the image, saying, “I’m so glad the kids love it... and it looks pretty too!!”

Kid-centric in its décor and function, the room features a wall of glass doors allowing in a whole lot of natural light. Two white tables perfect for crafting or schoolwork, with matching kid-sized chairs, flank a big ol’ rug, which is great for playing with toys, dancing or — as Braunwyn’s kids are doing in the photo — having a “cartoon train!”
