Briana Culberson Just Had a Big "First" at Home and Husband Ryan Is Loving It

Mowing the huge lawn outside Ryan and Briana Culberson's North Carolina home isn't an easy job, but somebody's got to do it. Usually, it would seem, that person is Ryan.

Vicki Gunvalson's son-in-law recently took to Instagram to report that he was about four hours into trimming the grass at their sprawling southern property. But luckily, the ex-marine now has some support in his ambitious yard work — and it's coming from an unlikely source. 

In an April 28 Instagram post, Ryan shared a video of Briana doing something new. With her blonde hair piled into a bun, The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter let out a giggle as she rode into the frame on a lawn mower. "For a moment it felt like all was right in the world!" Briana's husband wrote, betraying his shock. He added: "Her first time on the mower." 

The couple's two boys, Troy and Owen, joined in on the yard work. Ryan's footage showed the little ones gamely hosing off the asphalt outside the garage. (If you look closely at the video, you can see the boys' new Mohawk hairdos.)

It's no doubt thrilling to Ryan that his wife is has a blooming interest in yard work. But on April 10, he had even more exciting news to share: Briana is pregnant with her third child, and the family's newest addition is due to arrive in November. Sharing the news on her own feed as well, Vicki gushed that she "couldn’t be more excited."
