On October 22, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter hopped on her Instagram Stories to share more details from her wellness journey, revealing she and Ryan no longer drink alcohol. In a photo of a blue cup filled with sparkling water, Briana explained her reasoning.

"Sparkling water since we don't booze anymore," she began in the post, noting in parentheses they decided on the "personal choice" for their "overall health."

The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter continued: "For some reason people get very shocked and question-y when we say we don't drink. Just doesn't serve our purpose anymore."

In addition to her news about giving up alcohol, Briana shared an Instagram post on October 22 to her page to detail more about her wellness journey, first shutting down any speculation she's taken medication for weight loss.

"Over the past 4 years we’ve made many many lifestyle changes for our overall health and wellness. Clean eating, clean lifestyle, daily movement, daily choices, emotional healing, and targeted high quality supplements and essential oils have completely changed our lives inside and out," Briana wrote in the caption of the post, which featured numerous photos of herself and her husband.

"What’s more important to me are the changes on the inside," she added, further revealing how those lifestyle choices have helped her overall health.

"My lupus is in remission, undetectable on labs or symptoms. I’m off all medications (with the exception of my thyroid replacement for my thyroidectomy). My health hasn’t been this good in over 20 years," Briana shared. "There’s no magic pill or easy fix. It’s a lot of little daily choices and consistency that add up. I’m a better mom, better wife, better friend, better person now that my health and wellness are a priority. No gimmicks, no nasty medication, just staying consistent and being intentional with my daily choices."

In addition to her diet, Briana has also shared elements of her beauty regimen, revealing in August what she does "instead of [Botox]" for her skin, which includes eating a "clean, whole foods diet" that's more focused on "lots of animal fats."

Also in her daily regimen: CBD Beauty Boost from Young Living Essential Oils ($120), Longevity softgels supplements ($48.36), and Inner Beauty Collagen. The Oklahoma mom also noted she takes 2-6 softgels "daily," depending on how she feels, adding that the gels have also helped her "control" her Lupus

The mom of four added she does "1 scoop" of the collagen in her morning coffee as the and ideal start to the day.

Another needle-resistent route? Frownies, or plant-based wrinkle patches that "target the facial muscles to smooth and lift static wrinkles and expression lines," according to the company's website
