Briana Culberson Reveals Her (Keto-Friendly) Chick-fil-A Order
Vicki Gunvalson's daughter skips the nuggets and fries — and says her alternative is "so worth it."
Briana Culberson's busy days are fueled by Keto-diet-friendly dishes. The ER nurse — who's expecting her third son in November — has posted the dessert that's sating her sweet tooth during her pregnancy, and she's also shared what a typical work lunch looks like for her. And in a new post, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter passed on a tip for sticking to the low-carb diet in the face of fried temptation.
Tagging Chik-fil-A, the North Carolina mama wrote: "The hardest part about being keto and eating out is the 30 seconds of the ordering process. Once you get past all the typical non keto bad for you but taste so good options and order something that keeps you in ketosis and helps you feel/look better it’s so worth it!"
So instead of those nuggets with Polynesian sauce, Briana orders the Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken fillet and avocado-ranch dressing. (Hold the corn, please.) Her drink choice? An unsweetened iced tea.
In addition to her order, The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter shared a funny anecdote. "The sweet young kid thought I said my name was 'beanny,'" she wrote. Well bon appetit, Beanny!
