Emily Simpson is always open when it comes to disclosing the details of her daily diet, and she's given BravoTV.com a candid peek inside her fridge (see the clip above). Still, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom left her fans wanting to know more about everything she eats and drinks — so she settled the score in a recent Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, diving into her eating habits in even more depth.

When a follower asked Emily to share her go-to snack for a guilty pleasure, the Ohio native had four, sweet and salty words: "Pretzels dipped in Nutella," she wrote.

Next, she shared how she cocktails without veering too far from her healthy lifestyle. Emily's go-to drink, she wrote: "used to be champagne." But now, she opts for a "skinny spicy margarita." (RHOC super fans might recognize this drink: Braunwyn Windham-Burke is also a fan.) 

Emily also disclosed the healthy smoothie she likes to make for breakfast, which comprises blueberries, strawberries, banana, almond milk, ice, and chocolate protein powder. 

And when it comes to her favorite fast-food cheat meal, Emily "busted" herself: the swimwear designer loves to hit up Taco Bell.
