But in 2020, the OC beauty has made many strides in upping her fitness game, and now she's ready to pass that power forward, according to her most recent Instagram post.
On February 6, Emily shared a stunning shot where she's decked out in a sexy crimson cut-out dress that features a knot detail at the chest and a coordinating statement lip. Her sun-kissed brown hair is styled to one side with all the voluminous curls one could hope for. Her makeup is flawless and her gleaming smile is only rivaled by her glittering gold earrings. Of course, Emily isn't dressed to the nines for zero reason — she is "going red" to promote National Wear Red Day to show support for women's heart health.
"I go RED to serve as a catalyst for change to improve the lives of women globally," she wrote in her caption. "It’s no longer just about wearing red; it’s no longer just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together with Go Red and taking charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without."
