Emily Simpson Shares How She's Getting "Reunion Ready"
The Real Housewives of Orange County lawyer tried a lower ab sculpting treatment to prep for her reunion return.
Emily Simpson has been inspiring viewers with her health and fitness journey all year long. From her early morning workouts to her diet tips, Emily's commitment to getting fit is exactly what we need to carry us into 2021. Emily even has a refreshingly open stance on cosmetic procedures, including her recent tummy tuck and breast implant removal surgeries (which she shared on Instagram!). So as the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County prepare to film their upcoming Season 15 reunion, Emily wasted no time getting "reunion ready" with a quick, ab-firming beauty treatment.
Emily shared her sculpting sesh in an Instagram post on December 12 as she posed in the office of Dr. Siamak Agha. The OC mom confessed in her caption that although she has been fully committed to her fitness routine, she was game to try the a new lower-ab treatment for toning. "Thank you to @drsiamakagha for letting me try the @emsculptneo machine!" she mused. "No matter how much I #workout and how healthy I eat I always have this pocket of 'love chub' on my lower abdomen." Same, Emily. Same.
The OC lawyer included a few clips as she underwent the non-surgical procedure that involved placing the machine over her stomach. "It's for problem areas," she explained in one clip. "Doesn't mean you can skip the gym or the workout. Just trying to take care of a little pocket of fat here."
The popular treatment has been used by fellow Bravolebs like Porsha Williams, Melissa and Joe Gorga, Lisa Rinna, and Cary Deuber to name a few.
"The first time I did it, when I woke up the next morning, my stomach was so sore like I had worked out and done this whole ab workout...but, of course, I didn't I just laid here," Emily joked. "So it doesn't hurt...it's just is like a weird pressure...and it makes your stomach contract. It's like you did a million sit ups, but not really."
