Gina Is Whipping up "Top Chef S--t" for Boyfriend Travis During Self-Isolation
"I’ve been stepping up my breakfast game around here because I have time to do it," said the RHOC cast member.
As Gina Kirschenheiter hunkers down at her new home with boyfriend Travis Mullen due to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member is making sure to start their day strong with a quality breakfast.
"I’ve been stepping up my breakfast game around here because I have time to do it," Gina said in the video above. "All of our kids are with our exes, so why not make a fancy breakfast?"
Her fancy breakfast of choice, which Gina noted she had also cooked the previous morning, is what she described as "an avocado toast, but a higher-level avocado toast."
Explaining that “onion and garlic is the base for pretty much everything," that she cooks, this dish was no exception. This time, however, she added bell peppers and mushrooms to the mix, calling it a "breakfast hash, sans-potatoes."
As she went to cut an avocado, Gina pulled her knife back to find the whole pit stuck on the blade. She proudly declared: “That’s like Top Chef s--t right there!”
While she cooked, Gina moved excitedly about the three-bedroom home's kitchen, which boasts sleek gray countertops and all-white cabinets. As she previously revealed, her living room features a similar palette, with white walls, gray-toned hardwood floors, and a gray coffee table over a pale rug.
