After opening up about her weight gain on The Real Housewives of Orange County earlier this season, Gina Kirschenheiter recently shared that she's shed some of her "love chub." Now, with the RHOC Season 15 reunion approaching, Gina is showing us exactly how she's been getting in shape.
On Wednesday, December 9, Gina shared a video of herself finishing up a workout at Mantra Fitness. The Orange County studio offers a new approach to Pilates called Lagree Pilates, founded by celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree. The method combines Pilates, cardio, and strength training with a focus on balance and flexibility, which would explain why Gina looked quite winded in her post-workout clip after getting her "booty kicked and lifted."
"Getting reunion ready!!!" she captioned the Instagram video, tagging the Mantra Fitness IG page and her instructor's IG page. "Thanks for helping me get to where I am now and to where I want to go! Pilates changed my life," she added. In the clip, Gina also explained that the workout is "so hard, but it's so worth it."
She concluded, "I'm already seeing results and I feel good."
