Gina Kirschenheiter is kicking off the new year by giving her hair a subtle but stunning refresh. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member debuted a brighter blonde hair color and freshly cut locks in a recent Instagram post.

On January 9, Gina took to Instagram to showcase her revamped mane. As captured in the snapshot below, the mom of three lightened up her blonde locks just a touch, bringing more brightness to her roots with brand-new highlights. Her fabulous lob hairstyle, which she first debuted last March, also appears to have been freshly trimmed, hitting just below her chin and barely grazing her shoulders.

“Thank you @michellehair for helping me keep my New Years resolution of no stupid hair choices. love you girl!” Gina wrote in the caption of the photo alongside some laughing face emojis. She also added several hashtags that read “fresh hair,” “fresh start” and “simplicity.”

This isn’t the first time that Gina has addressed her “hair choices” in recent weeks. The Long Island native couldn’t help but crack a joke after receiving some brutally honest feedback from fans about her Season 15 hair. Back in November, she even took to social media to jokingly warn viewers: "My hair only gets worse this season so buckle up."

Given her gorgeous new cut and color, it's clear Gina’s hair woes are a thing of the past — and we’re not the only ones loving her new look. As her fellow RHOC ‘Wife Emily Simpson gave her stamp of approval in the comments, writing, “Love. Chic looks good on you!”
