Dr. Jen Armstrong Reveals if Ryne Is Now an Equal Owner of Her Hawaii Property

On the March 9 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Dr. Jen Armstrong opened up to Emily Simpson about her marriage, explaining that her husband, Ryne, wanted them to be "financial equal partners" who "[own] things equally together." When Jen shared her Hawaii property as an example, Emily had some concerns. 

"As an attorney, that to me sounds like, 'I am ready to leave, but I would like you to pay me a lot of money on my way out, so please sign on the dotted line," Emily explained in an interview.

Jen shared more details about the finances and ownership status of the home during her March 23 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. When a virtual audience member asked, "Have you added Ryne's name to your property in Hawaii, or do you agree with Emily that it could lead to him asking for money if you guys divorce?" Jen explained, "I bought the house before we were married, and he put a little bit in, so he is on the title and we have different percentages." 

Jen also shared another exciting real estate update on WWHL. After confirming to Andy Cohen that her family's home is now on the market, she explained, "We bought a house in my childhood neighborhood. It's like my dream to go back there."

In a recent interview with Page Six, Jen opened up about the decision to sell their house of nearly a decade.“Although we are sad to give up the home we just remodeled, we thought it was the perfect time to move back to my childhood neighborhood, which has always been my dream,” she said. “We are hoping our new home is a place for a clean slate and fresh start to work on our marriage and family.”
