Like most parents throughout the world right now, Meghan King Edmonds is feeling the pain of self-quarantining during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. "We might be practicing 'social distancing' but I can promise you we are NOT practicing 'personal space,'" Meghan joked in a recent Instagram post. Juggling the demands of three young kids, not to mention cooking and cleaning and doing laundry is something that’s hard regularly, but even more so when you don’t have help and can’t go anywhere!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

“My clean counter will last approximately 8.5 hours or until precisely one toddler emerges from their lair,” Meghan captioned a series of hilarious images posted to her Instagram Stories, adding, “Operation Mess Up the House.” The before-and-after images show Meghan’s pristine countertop neatly organized… and then the after, this time with both diaper-clad twin boys crawling on top of the surface, complete with toys and other clutter. If this isn’t #momlife, we don’t know what is!

Speaking of her countertop, let’s discuss it — that white stripe down the middle is so unique. And we love how Meghan’s new kitchen in her California rental is bucking the white quartz or marble trend, instead featuring a dark grayish/black stone. Very cool!

Meghan also shared a look inside her family room area, which has a brand new white couch alongside a kiddo-sized white table and chairs, and a pretty, light wood coffee table. Naturally, Meghan’s kids are avoiding the pint-sized seating made for them and choosing to sit on the coffee table instead. “& on the 187th day of quarantine, sitting on the table and screen time rules have gone way out the window,” she captioned a funny video of the children on Instagram. “At least they’re kindly sharing with each other (it’s all about the small wins, #amiright ?!) #togetherathome #happyathome.”

In another share, Meghan offered a look inside the family, which she turned into a soft, inflatable play space for the kids with the help of an air mattress in lieu of a coffee table. Genius idea, Meghan.
