RHOC Newbie Elizabeth Lyn Vargas Shows Inside Her Stunning Newport Beach Home
The Real Housewives of Orange County rookie gives a tour of her oceanside home, which boasts "the view of the century."
The Real Housewives of Orange County viewers are just getting to know Season 15 rookie Elizabeth Lyn Vargas. But, you can learn a lot about the animal-rights activist by taking a virtual tour of her house in the clip above.
Stepping into her sunken living room, which she calls the "lazy area," Elizabeth says: "This is where a lot of relaxation and cocktails are consumed." Equipped with a roaring fireplace, the cozy room adjoins a patio that boasts "the view of the century," Elizabeth says.
Overlooking one of Newport Beach's bustling boardwalks, the patio has a lush landscape of its own. "[My boyfriend] Jimmy is a succulent freak, but he's also a bonsai freak," Elizabeth says, showing off her beau's leafy collection.
If she wants some private time, the Missouri native heads upstairs to a work station that peeps out over the beach. "I love to looky-loo, so I'll look at all the yachts going by; I'll look at all of the ocean, I'll look at the pier," Elizabeth says, gesturing towards a desktop telescope. "I would never, ever want to move from here. This is absolutely the place that will be my forever home."
The Real Housewife can keep peeking out over Newport Beach from an upstairs balcony. "All of the tourists that go by, I get to sit out, drink some vodka, listen to the sounds of summer, watch them go by, look at Jimmy's garden [below]," Elizabeth described. See more of her beach-bound digs — including a shower with a scandalous twist and an impeccably organized kitchen — in the clip above.
