Shannon Storms Beador Defends the Massive Portrait of Herself Hanging in Her Gym
The RHOC cast member was influenced by another Bravoleb to hang a painting of herself in the workout space.
While the Housewives are known for their unique home decor choices, even Andy Cohen was perplexed by the wall art in Shannon Storms Beador's home gym, which was briefly displayed during The Real Housewives of Orange County's October 14 Season 15 premiere.
"Shannon, you decorated your gym with a giant portrait of yourself," Andy said on Watch What Happens Live's episode the same night. "That was very interesting."
While Shannon laughed at Andy's observation, she was ready to defend the art choice due to its notable backstory involving another Bravoleb. "It is so not me, but it was done at an appearance that I did and [Flipping Out's] Jeff Lewis said, 'You have to frame that and hang it up,'" Shannon explained. "When Jeff told me where I needed to put it, I did it."
As seen in the video above, exclusive to Bravo Insider, every inch of the seven-bedroom, five-bathroom house is adorned with Shannon's personal touch. "I feel like I'm in a boat in a lot of this home. The usage of paneling and shiplap on the walls is just one of my favorites," she said while giving a full tour of the home. "I grew up on boats, so I love blue and white whenever I can do that."
Shannon declared she "fell in love" with the "entertainer's home" as she walked in, and from the incredible backyard to the luxe kitchen, it's not hard to understand why. To get a full look inside Shannon's new house, check out the video above!
