Shannon Storms Beador Reveals an Exciting Future for Her Healthy Food Line
"I need to use this divorce money and parlay it into a future," the RHOC cast member said of her plans for her Real for Real brand.
Shannon Storms Beador announced in October 2019 that her Real for Real Cuisine business was "coming back... new and improved," and on The Real Housewives of Orange County 's October 21 episode, she finally gave a detailed update on the healthy food line.
"I've been working on launching Real for Real on my own for over two years now," Shannon said of the business, which she launched in 2018. "So far, I have financed Real for Real with all the money that I personally had and with any money that I received from my divorce so far. I got a total of $1.4 million after living a certain lifestyle for 17 years. I need to use this divorce money and parlay it into a future."
While RHOC viewers saw Shannon's exciting QVC debut in Season 13, it seems the entrepreneur's business has come a long way since then. "I was so fortunate to work with QVC," she said in the recent episode. "But some of the decisions I made at the beginning weren't the smartest. If things don't work out, I don't ever want to have to say to the kids, 'Sorry I blew it all on a dream.'"
Now, Shannon is feeling confident about the future of her business. During a meeting where she and her team discussed packaging options for a lemonade product as well as the design of the website, Shannon was heard off-camera declaring, "It's gonna kick ass!"
