Tamra Judge is on the move in more ways than one. Shortly after announcing that she won’t be returning as Housewife to The Real Housewives of Orange County, the mom of four also revealed that she has just sold her $2 million Coto de Caza home — despite that it wasn’t even on the market!
According to People, Tamra and husband Eddie Judge are moving out of their sprawling 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom abode that they bought less than two years ago. The couple hadn’t intended to sell the property, but decided to go forward with the sale after her realtor approached her with an offer that was too good to pass up.
“Our house wasn’t even on the market!” Tamra explained during a recent episode of Jeff Lewis Live. “My good friend Shelley Black…she said, ‘Hey, I have somebody who wants to buy your house.’
The buyers offered to pay $200,000 more than what Tamra and Eddie paid in 2018. “I was like, ‘Sold!’” Tamra said of the offer, also adding that the property is now in escrow.
As can be seen in the video above, the recently sold mansion featured a dreamy kitchen with two islands, a stunning master bathroom, and a huge tree-lined lot that backs up right into a wilderness park.
The sale of the house has not only netted Tamra and Eddie a tidy profit. It’s also inspired the Cut Fitness gym owner, who previously worked in real estate and still has a license, to get back into the field. “We’re going to start flipping,” she told Jeff. “I love it. I really miss real estate.”
We can’t wait to see what her next project looks like!
