Taylor Armstrong Shows Off a Brand-New Hairstyle (PHOTOS)

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member sported a fresh new ’do and we’re obsessed.

By Cynthia Robinson

In April, when The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 cast photo dropped, we were in awe of all the fresh and fashionable styles from our girls. We also couldn’t take our eyes off Taylor Armstrong’s look as she joined the OC women as the first Housewife to make a crossover from another show (Taylor was previously on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills).

How to Watch

Watch RHOC on Bravo on Wednesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

For the cast photo, which featured the ladies in yellow, blue, and orange hues, Taylor shined bright in a light blue one-shouldered sheath with a few sleek cutouts and a chic silver embellishment in the front. The OC friend also rocked long off-white nails for the occasion and gathered her softly curled tresses into a sexy messy updo.

Speaking of those tresses, Taylor has often worn her locks at a medium-long length, even rocking extra-long extensions on occasion. More recently, however, the California mom debuted a brand-new ’do.

Taylor Armstrong’s New Hairstyle

Taylor popped onto her Instagram account on September 4 to show off her new look, asking, “Do we like the shorter hair?” in her caption.

In the photo, Taylor put her new hairstyle on display, showing how she chopped her previously longer blonde locks into a fresh, shoulder-length style.

Taylor again showed off her new look in another Instagram post, this time with an edited video. In the clip, Taylor shared a video and photos of herself with super-long hair, then cut to her current shorter look.

“The old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now,” the blonde beauty cheekily captioned the post, referencing the Taylor Swift song “Look What You Made Me Do” that she paired with her video.

“Hi Barbie!” The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Heather Gay wrote in the comments, while RHOC’s Tamra Judge said, “I’m obsessed.”

Taylor Armstrong discusses her new haircut on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen

Following her Instagram announcement, Taylor detailed her recent beauty move while stopping by the Clubhouse on September 5 for an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen

"Love the new hair!" host Andy Cohen exclaimed at the beginning of the episode. Taylor, who was joined by RHOSLC's Lisa Barlow for the evening, was sure to thank Andy for his compliment and also showed off some stylish bangs with her chop.

"Out of all the years I've known you I've never seen it shorter than this," Andy proclaimed, gesturing to his chest area.

"It's all new — everything's new," Taylor responded.

Taylor Armstrong’s New Orange County Home

Speaking of things that are new, Taylor recently gave a full look inside the gorgeous abode she closed on in 2022 as she entered a new chapter in Orange County.

“This is why we live in Southern California,” Taylor states in the video you can watch above as she shares a look at her breathtaking outdoor area. The space, which includes a lagoon pool with a spillover hot tub, lots of beautiful greenery, and a blue-and-white-themed patio area was definitely giving us backyard envy.

In addition to the pool and lounging area, Taylor’s backyard also features a spacious outdoor kitchen with a stainless-steel grill and a large stone island. “It doesn’t get any more beautiful than this, and it’s like this pretty much all year round,” she says in the video.

You can check out the rest of Taylor’s incredible property in the video above.
