Vicki Gunvalson Shares Her Crock Pot Comfort Food Recipe — It’s Super Easy, and Just 7 Ingredients
Two of those ingredients are cream cheese and ranch dressing. Need we say more?
Sure, there's a big game at stake. But Vicki Gunvalson knows what's really important on Super Bowl Sunday, and that is, of course, the snacks. So on February 3, The Real Housewives of Orange County OG whipped up quite a spread for her football viewing party. She even shared a recipe!
In her Instagram Stories, Vicki showed off the feast she was making with boyfriend Steve Lodge. Everything from deviled eggs to chicken buffalo meatballs to chocolate chip cookies to ham and Swiss sliders made the list. But if you're after warm, cheesy comfort food at its finest, you're going to want to know more about Vicki's crock pot buffalo chicken dip.
After showing off a picture of the creamy looking dip, the Orange County insurance pro zoomed in on the recipe for it. And check this out! It only has seven ingredients. You'll just need: chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing (yum, ranch), hot sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, celery, and crackers.
After heating the chicken and hot sauce, you'll stir in the cream cheese and ranch dressing. Then, toss that mix into the slow cooker, sprinkle the cheese on top, cover, cook, and watch that cheese bubble up! Then, serve it with celery sticks and crackers. Some could say that snack is more exciting than the actual Rams versus Patriots came.
