Ashley Darby Says Son Dean Is a "Reminder" of Why She and Michael are Together

Ashley Darby has been an open book during her appearance at BravoCon 2019. The Real Housewives of Potomac mama hasn't backed down from answering the hard questions with candor, even when it comes to dishing on the intimate details of her marriage.

During Saturday's Housewife2Housewife panel, the yogi even admitted that she almost backed out of filming when the going got tough with her husband Michael Darby. And though the pair has moved on since Michael faced allegations of sexual misconduct, Ashley didn't paint a falsely rosy picture when discussing the current state of her marriage.

Chatting with BravoTV.com at BravoCon, the new mom said: "Michael and I have some challenges that we dealt with with my family, and with our marriage. And now we have a whole different set of challenges being parents, and that's been very hard for us. And we had a very trying time that we're still recovering from." She added: "But. we're doing OK. We're going to get through. 

She then alluded to a certain four-month-old, who's proved to be the silver lining of a sometimes trying union. "Dean is the best reminder of why we're together, and keeping us centered," she said. "He's great! He's an angel ... As soon as I popped that baby out, I was like, he's amazing! He's the best!" She's not wrong — check out this little angel face.
