She's perched wearing a sheer, sparkling, royal blue, long-sleeve gown with a dramatic deep v-neckline. If you look closely, you can spot her sexy, sculpted legs peeking through her dress. 

Karen's beauty beat is decidedly low-key with her steely blonde straight locks worn down to complement her classic makeup. Karen coyly captioned her pic, "Outfit of the day."
