Robyn Dixon's everyday life, which includes mothering two sons and tending to her various business ventures, seems like a workout in itself. But, The Real Housewives of Potomac beauty still squeezes in time to hit the gym — even though the thought of cardio makes her stomach turn. (We can relate.)

On April 5, the Baltimore native shared a post that will prove very helpful for fans who also rank "running a mile" somewhere alongside "getting a root canal" on their list of fun things to do. 

"I hate cardio with a passion," Robyn wrote in the post. "That's why it's so important for me to switch my cardio sessions up ... This treadmill circuit is a beast and it's also not a bore! 45 minutes will do your body good."  

So, let's review: This is something that's not boring, can be done in less than hour, and — based on the video below — pairs well with a little Kanye West? We're listening!

Check out the clip to see how Robyn works the treadmill, alternating side steps with running, low lunges, and squats that look beastly indeed. 

This doesn't look easy. But if Robyn's fit build is any indication, the workout truly does do a body good.
