The Potomac Ladies React to Karen's Live Invitation: "These Were the Brokest Butterflies Ever"

On the October 24 episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, a butterfly made waves. Karen Huger sent her friends an invitation for her upcoming vow-renewal ceremony, and the box that the invite arrived in had little winged guests inside of them.

As you can see in the clip above, not all of the ladies were delighted by the butterfly surprise. In fact, several of them were concerned about the insects' wellbeing. As Candiace Dillard Basset joked in the clip: "Animal cruelty is running amok in these boxes."

Luckily, no butterflies were harmed in the making of Gizelle Bryant's swim-style statement. In an October 26 Instagram post, the Potomac mama shared a look at her Aura One Piece swimsuit from Monarch Reign ($195). With a square neck and a high-cut silhouette, the suit was decked with colorful butterflies. The Reasonably Shady cohost topped the look with a matching silk-kimono topper ($375).

Gizelle, who's an avid swimmer, wrote in her caption: "Catch me at the pool!"
