Josh Flagg Represented the Buyer of Lori Loughlin's $18.8 Million Home
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent just closed on the Mediterranean-inspired estate in Bel Air.
Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli put their Bel Air mansion on the market back in January, amid the college-admissions scandal. Now, the home has sold, and the buyer was represented by a certain agent Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles viewers know and love.
On July 29, Josh Flagg told Extra, "We closed today, escrow on Lori Loughlin and Mossimo’s house. We closed that today, which was a great sale. That one we sold to my buddy Justin [Mateen], who created Tinder… We closed that at $18.75 [million]."
Listed in January at nearly $28.7 million, the 12,000-square-foot estate takes its decorative cues from a Mediterranean villa. It has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two formal living rooms, and an eat-in chef's kitchen. Fig and olive trees dot the landscape, and there's also a lushly landscaped pool.
The agent added, “It’s just stunning, really a magnificent house. [Lori and Mossimo] have impeccable taste."
Meanwhile, as the Tinder creator settles into his new home, Josh is on to his next celebrity project. "We have Matthew Perry’s house going up on the market in Malibu," he told Extra. "My husband Bobby and I are listing it. It’s a fantastic contemporary house on the ocean, the sand, in Malibu, totally redone.”
