Lisa Barlow and Her Husband, John, Are Building a New Home
The RHOSLC mom has already invited two Southern Charm-ers to visit the new pad… once it’s completed.
Lisa Barlow is expanding her real estate portfolio.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City mom recently confirmed that she and her husband, John Barlow, are building another home in Utah. Lisa shared the big news during her August 15 appearance on Pillows and Beer, a popular podcast series hosted Austen Kroll and Craig Conover.
The mother-of-two briefly mentioned the project while discussing skiing destinations with the Southern Charm castmates.

“You guys have to come out here this winter,” Lisa said. “You have to come ski.”
Austen and Craig both agreed, saying they wanted a change of scenery after going to Aspen so many times.
“We’re ready to switch it up,” the latter revealed. “We love Aspen… We actually spent so much time there that there’s, like, local drama now.”
“You guys would love Park City,” Lisa said. “You guys definitely have to get out here this winter, for sure. We’re actually building a mountain house, so you guys are gonna have to stay there when it’s done.”
Although Lisa didn’t provide any additional information about the new home, including when it would be completed, Craig and Austen immediately accepted the invitation.
“Say less,” Austen said, before Craig suggested they visit Utah with his girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo.
“We’re very easy,” he insisted. “We’ll bring Paige out. The three of us travel well together.”
Lisa Barlow says her Utah home was recently flooded
The interview took place about a week after Lisa’s primary home was severely flooded. She spoke about the incident with Craig and Austen, saying it caused significant damage to her laptop and furniture.
“It’s crazy. Our house literally flooded,” Lisa said. “Our neighbor’s backyard created, like, a waterfall to our house. It’s crazy. All my stuff was downstairs and it got destroyed.”
Lisa Barlow shares a look inside her Utah abode
Back in 2020, Lisa gave Bravo TV an inside look at her family home in Draper, a small city located about 20 minutes outside Salt Lake City. The RHOSLC cast member described the interior as minimalist and modern with a few classic elements and playful pops of color. One of the first areas Lisa showed off was her ultra-sleek kitchen, complete with a long marble island and crisp-white cabinetry.
“One thing that was important to me is that I wanted everything to be simple, very clean, long lines, and for it to basically look like a furniture piece in the house and less like a kitchen,” she explained. “Because who likes to use the kitchen? Not this girl.”
Lisa, who is now gearing up for the RHOSLC Season 4 premiere, said she wanted the home to be an inviting space that also reflected her personality.
“[I] just wanted to put a little bit of Lisa on the whole house,” she said. "I want everyone that comes in my home to feel like they’re part of my house. And to feel cozy, comfortable.”
