Jill Zarin Responds to Accusations That She’s a “Walking QVC Ad”
Here’s how The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club cast member feels about being likened to an “infomercial.”
From showing off her brand’s “surprise” shirt to raving about a rolling rack from Amazon, Jill Zarin was ready to discuss all of her favorite products from the moment she arrived at Bluestone Manor on the premiere of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club. Naturally, her castmates got a kick out of Jill’s immediate enthusiasm for, well, everything.
“She is like a walking, you know, QVC,” Dorinda Medley said, to which Eva Marcille replied with a laugh, “Yes, she is!”
Because the joke has already been made multiple times throughout RHUGT: Ex-Wives Club episodes so far this season, on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’s June 28 episode, the titular host was curious to know Jill’s reaction “to the ladies all saying [she is] like a walking QVC ad.” Not only was Jill unbothered by the comments, but as she put it, “I was flattered.”
Earlier in the show, the subject also came up when Andy asked Jill for her opinion on the “thirstiest housewife.” When she named Dorinda, fellow guest Brandi Glanville was quick to chime in, “I think, yeah, you and her... You guys are both like walking ads for all of your stuff.” However, Jill countered, “That’s different than being thirsty to come back on [RHONY]. Infomercial, I take that. Infomercial, yes.”
