Can They Stay on Track?
Craig shares his concerns and workout pointers.
After having a very successful 1st week it's hard for people not to self-sabotage and stay on track with the program.
My concerns here:
Mandy - Can her family allow her to do this for herself, her husband doesn't let her carry in the groceries. We are giving Mandy much more than groceries to handle here.
Shay and Kim - Do they enable each other's behavior concerning food and exercise? Can they become a supportive mom and daughter team?
Bryan - Time with Bryan at Jackie's house was really good for us. I find he has a tendency to push me away. I'm happy to hear he is doing this for himself and for his relationship.
The good:
Nikki and Joe - Really happy that Nikki let Joe in during their Griffith Park workout, nice to see Joe put winning aside and sensitively pushing and supporting Nikki along. Nice to see Nikki fall into her workout like she fell into that 3rd party the night before.
Workout Tips (these should be obvious but obviously are not):
If you're wearing your sunglasses while working out, you are not working out to intensity.
If you are able to read during your workout, you are not working out to intensity.
When at the gym stay focused on the workout.
