Mama's Boy
Craig explains what makes him a great trainer.
Okay, so I'm a mama's boy and proud of it! My mom was diagnosed with Fibro Myalgia 10 years now, which prompted me to go into the industry of healing/fitness. I could honestly say watching her suffer from this disease makes me hurt more than anyone will ever know. But I believe this also makes me a very intuitive, sensitive, and caring trainer. And I feel so blessed to bring my fitness expertise and love to these wonderful, beautiful clients.
Jackie and I are a great balance for each other both with our professional training and in life. She is a sister to me. To quote golden girls theme song Jackie is truly " a friend and a confidant."
