Teamwork Can Make a Dream Work
Craig congratulates his team and applauds Joe for addressing his issues this week.
Seeing Jeana cry about Nikki's rooming issues breaks my heart. I would have shared my room with her if Jackie and I weren't already sharing a double bed.
Having a history as a contortionist and professional flexible dancer, I stretched my skin therefore I have some stretch marks, no big deal. Women you are not alone, we all have them, you don't see them in the magazines because guess what ... they photoshop them away.
My boyfriend, knowing I was going on this retreat with Jackie and the gang, bought me a new bathing suit and made sure to give me a haircut before leaving (he is a celebrity stylist, and let me tell you, it comes in handy). Which I thought was so nice of him! It started my week off so well. Thanks Brandon! XO
Nikki's pool workout really challenged her, she revealed to me off camera that she felt very vulnerable and hasn't been in a bathing suit in front of people for a very long time. I'm proud of Nikki for working out her insecurities this week. Shay also overcame her insecurities and fear of water. Their successes this week might not be with the scale but with themselves. They were challenged and overcame!
I really like Joe! I wanted to give him the chance to make amends. I feel he hides behind his weight and doesn't realize how truly talented he is, and what an attractive man he has become. I want him to find his confidence. He really needs to look in the mirror and look inside himself to get in touch with the wonderful man I see in him. He was up for the challenge this week and I see how hard he is working on himself. I'm proud of him, because addressing the problems is a huge step in the right direction.
