Week 1: Jeana

TUES 3.23.10

Jeana cleaned out her sugar with Jackie. Jeana wants to lose 5lbs. Jackie convinced her, that goal is too ambitious. Jackie changed her goal to 3LBS but Jeana is still trying for 5lbs

WED 3.24.10

Jeana is having problems with getting rid of the sugar. She has ghost trained once this week and is working out with her trainer tomorrow instead of Craig. We will see if she actually does it.

FRI 3.26.10

Breakfast:

½ Grapefruit

8oz Lemon Water

2 eggs and spinach

Snack: 

Apple and cheese

Almonds

Dinner:

Chicken & Spinach

1 hardboiled egg

32 oz Lemon Water

1 glass of white wine

Exercise: 

Ran 20 min, walked 30 min, weights 15 min, 100 sit ups and 30 pushups

SAT 3.27.10

Breakfast:

Grapefruit

Coffee

1 hard boiled egg

Cottage cheese and pineapple

Lunch:

Steak

Snack: 

Apple

Cheese stick

2 coffees

Dinner:

3oz cheese

5oz walnuts

2 dried apricot slices

2 small sourdough slices

1 white wine

Breakfast:

Oatmeal

Snack:

Cottage cheese pineapple

32oz Lemon water
