Whey protein powder, strawberries, blueberries, oatmeal

2 hard boiled eggs

Chicken sandwich. Chicken, mustard and oat bread

Dinner:

4oz chicken breast, brown rice and mixed veggies

Whey protein, spinach  oatmeal, blue berries and strawberries

Snack:

2 hard boiled eggs

1 whole wheat waffle

Lunch:

"Jackies shake"

Dinner:

4 oz salmon, brown rice, mixed veggies

THURS 4.15.10

Breakfast:

Whey protein, mixed  berries, oatmeal, spinach

Snack:

2 hard boil eggs

Lunch:

Cheese

Dinner:

4 oz of chicken breast,  brown rice, lots of mixed veggies
