1 tspn. almonds  

Snack:

½ c. Cottage cheese

Lunch:

Lentil salad 

Turkey  burger 

Snack:

Shakes

Dinner: 

Quinoa w/capers, almonds, garlic & blueberries

1/ 2 sweet potato 

Creatine powder before working out

3 creatine pills after both work outs

Exercise:

1 ½ with Craig

TUES

 Breakfast:

2 raw eggs 

Lunch: 

1 Turkey burger 

Lentil salad 

Snack:

Shake 

Dinner:
