Lunch:

1pc ezekiel toast

1/2c lentils

1tblspn hummus

Pre work out Snack:

Shake w/creatine powder

Post work out snack:

Shake w/blueberries

44g whey protein

L-carintine & creatine pills

Dinner:

1c lf cottage cheese

2tblspn cashews

Tumeric

12oz fiber & water
