Living in Charleston for Top Chef turned me into a full blown beer geek, thanks in part to the the guys at Edmund's Oast. The innovative craft brewery and restaurant makes and serves a mind-blowing array of local brews and outrageously delicious food to match. I was lucky enough to drop in on them for a glimpse of the process, which features a few of the most unlikely beer ingredients I've ever tasted.
