Tiffany Derry Shares Her Quick & Easy Recipe for the Perfect Dessert
The Top Chef alum's 4-ingredient peanut banana nice cream recipe "feels like gelato!"
As Bravo's Top Chef viewers have learned over the years, Tiffany Derry has a major talent for putting creative spins on classic recipes (see her "amazing" spoonbread for proof). So, of course, she also has an inventive way to mimic a beloved dessert — and it couldn't be easier to make.
In the video above, Tiffany creates her peanut banana nice cream by combining frozen bananas, almond milk, and Jif Squeeze peanut butter. "It makes the absolute perfect texture," she tells BravoTV.com. "It feels like gelato!" The best part? With no cooking required, the treat can be made in just a matter of minutes.

Peanut Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1.5 tbsp Jif Squeeze peanut butter, plus more for drizzle
- 1/4 cup grapes, cut
Directions:
- In a blender or processor, add frozen banana pieces, almond milk, and Jif Squeeze peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy. (You may have to stop to scrape down the sides and continue blending.)
- In a small bowl or glass, spoon in one cup of nice cream (if you place nice cream in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes, you will have a firmer dessert). Top with a drizzle of Jif Squeeze peanut butter and sprinkle with grapes. Enjoy!
Pro tip: Garnish with smoked sea salt.
