Brittany Cartwright Had This Cosmetic Procedure Done to Look Better in Swimsuits

The Vanderpump Rules cast has never been shy about the nips, tucks, and Botox injections they get on the regular. But, Jax Taylor's plastic surgeon—who's also done work for Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute—shared even more details on the pals' procedures with PEOPLE. 

Doctor John Layke, who's based in Beverly Hills, explained the mag that Jax initially came to his office seeking a "little more refined" nose. According to the suregon, Jax's OG nose had "too much of a hump" (oh, dear!) and the bartender wanted a straighter profile.

Jax also sought the doctor's help when he wanted to get rid of some enlarged male-breast tissue, which could have been an unfortunate side effect of taking too many supplements. The enlarged tissue—which creates hard nodules under the nipple—can be painful. But Jax had more, well, Jax-like concerns: "He was concerned with the way he looked in a tight shirt," Dr. Layke said.

The doctor and his partner, Payman Danielpour, also gave Brittany "fuller breasts." The bubbly brunette "basically wanted to fill out her breasts...She wanted it to be that when she put her bathing suit on, she had more cleavage," he shared. That's one way to get a head start on a summer body! And it seems that Danielpour's client is beyond pleased with the results: "She’s ecstatic. They look very natural and yet they look full."
