James Kennedy Shades Raquel Leviss Over Tom Schwartz, Peter Madrigal Rumors
The Vanderpump Rules exes came face-to-face during a special WWHL episode at BravoCon 2022.
A game of “Relationship Roundup” on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen brought exes James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss together at BravoCon 2022, and it didn’t take long for the romance rumors involving their fellow Vanderpump Rules cast members to come up.
As fans may recall, Raquel was rumored to have made out with Tom Schwartz at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ August wedding in Mexico. Subsequent comments made by both Raquel and Tom have only further intensified the speculation, and there’s no misinterpreting what James had to say on the matter during WWHL.
The admission came when Andy asked Raquel if, post-breakup, she was ever “nervous” about James and Lala Kent “possibly reigniting things.” Responded Raquel, “I don’t know, for some reason I kind of ship the idea of James and Lala.”
James’ response? “Now she says that, after she’s, like, made out with Peter [Madrigal] and Schwartz. Like, cool.”
Raquel and Tom both laughed off the remark, and while Peter wasn’t at BravoCon 2022, Raquel previously confirmed that she had indeed gone on a date with him earlier this year.
“It was just a fun little time,” she said in April of the outing with Peter. “And I figured this would be a good opportunity for me just to get back out in the dating world, because I haven’t had an official date since the breakup. So when he asked me to go grab drinks with him, I was like, 'Hm, OK, sure,’” she said. “It was one friendly date. This [was] literally the first person that asked me on a date, and I said yes because why the hell not? It’s good practice after five years. It’s scary, but it’s also invigorating and exciting.”
When it comes to Tom, Raquel remained more tight-lipped. She did, however, admit the following of Tom at BravoCon 2022: “I think he’s cute,” she told Page Six. “I feel like we have a little flirty, friendly connection that’s lighthearted and fun. He’s a very sweet guy, obviously, and easy to talk to. It’s just very nice to have a friend in my corner.”
James, meanwhile, began dating his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, in March.
