The Vanderpump Rules couple just accomplished a major life goal — and they'll never have to turn off the A/C to use the microwave again.

When you become an adult, there are life goals… and then there are life goals. Like, partying in Ibiza on a yacht or catching the Northern Lights while camping in Scandinavia — those fall under standard 20-something life goals. But if we’re talking long-term, work-your-ass-off life goals, the big honcho on pretty much everyone’s list is buying a home. Why? Because it’s hard AF to pull off! Property prices is this country are at an all-time high and the process of looking for a home and then applying for loans, securing financing at decent interest rates — well, it’s enough to make anyone want to run for the hills. Which is exactly how Ariana Maddix was feeling recently, when she posted on social media that “trying to buy a home is legit like one never ending continuous panic attack.” We hear you, girl.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

But the great news is that she and boyfriend Tom Sandoval got it done! That’s right, as of yesterday the Vanderpump Rules bartenders officially own a home, and from what we can tell, she’s a beaut. Ariana and Tom’s broker Douglas McFarland of Redesign Real Estate and Design posted a couple of photos of the three of them celebrating both inside and outside of the new home (see below) and the stunning property is also super on-trend.

On the home’s exterior, we’re spying black window frames, pristine white board-and-batten siding, tall manicured hedges and even a few towering palm trees. Inside, the kitchen is pretty much every homeowner’s white dream, complete with uplit white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, a big ol’ white stone-topped island accented by dark paint below and gorgeous light wide-planked floors.

The piece de resistance, however, are the two white oversized pendant lamps hanging over the island that are lined with a gold paint. Sigh. Talk about #kitchengoals. We can’t wait to see how the PumpRules crew christens this space! Tune in to the show on Mondays at 9/8c!
