See Inside the Massive Home Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix Just Bought for $2M

If we know one thing about Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s new home, it’s that it is a MAJOR upgrade from their current apartment — you know, the one where they have to turn off the air conditioner in order to use the microwave? We’re guessing the Vanderpump Rules couple will not be missing their old digs once they settle into the gorgeous new-construction home that they just purchased for over $2 million. When it came time to find their dream house, Tom turned to his longtime pal Douglas McFarland of Redesign Properties. “Tom and I have been the very best of friends since sixth grade, we grew up together in St. Louis and this was a really great experience for us to share together,” McFarland told Home & Design exclusively, adding that he’s also had preliminary discussions with Kristen Doute about finding a home. “We explored a lot of options in a lot of different areas (both fixers and new) and ultimately found that the quality and detail of this property was far superior than your typical turn-and-burn mc-mansion, so we strategically negotiated a really good deal and aggressively navigated the escrow process! I can’t put into words how proud I am of Tom and how much he deserves this for himself!”

Comprising five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, the 4,500-square-foot farmhouse-style property is chock full of bells and whistles. Butler’s pantry? Check. Viking range? Check. Seamless indoor/outdoor living? Check! But really none of that matters, because the pool — complete with a waterfall — is the only thing we can focus on. Yep, there are going to be some major Vanderpump Rules parties out there; we can already envision them.
