Jax & Brittany Are Getting Their House Ready for Their Baby: "Hello, Nursery!"

As Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor await their baby boy's expected April 2021 arrival, the Vanderpump Rules couple is excitedly beginning to transform their home. 

In an October 29 Instagram Story video, Brittany showed Jax carrying a large box down a flight of stairs in their house and happily explained that they were "setting up the crib." 

"Goodbye, guest bedroom!" Jax exclaimed, to which Brittany added, "Hello, nursery!" Brittany was thrilled to get started on the setup, noting in a caption, "I love doing this!! So excited."

The couple shared their exciting pregnancy news in September and hosted a lavish party to reveal the sex of the baby shortly after. While the colorful balloons, gold "baby" sign, and tons of gorgeous flowers at the fete were certainly noteworthy, Jax revealed that the "hit of the party" was the jaw-dropping grazing table that was spread across their entire kitchen island. As he showed off the meats, cheeses, fruits, and more in an Instagram photo, Jax marveled, "How amazing is this..."

While the couple has been happily sharing their milestone moments, Brittany has been just as open about showing the less exciting sides of pregnancy. In a September Instagram Story, she held a jar of pickles as she watched The Office and wrote, "morning sickness cures."

Days prior, she opened up to PEOPLE about morning sickness and her cravings. "I am getting loads of morning sickness and feeling pretty tired but overall, I feel great and I am already so in love with this little baby! Hearing the heartbeat made my heart melt. I haven't noticed any particular cravings, everything is just yummy!"
