It's Not Just Fillers: Lala Kent Shares Another Reason for Her Larger Lips

Ever since Lala Kent got fresh lip injections earlier this month, her pout has received lots of attention — and the Vanderpump Rules hostess is over it. After firing back at trolls on Instagram and turning off her comments, the SUR hostess went back on the social media platform on Monday to set the record straight about her lips. Lala began by sharing her honest thoughts on the matter: "I’ve never received more dramatic DMs than I’ve received about the lips. Like I really don’t think they’re that much bigger than my regular ones."

The Give Them Lala Beauty founder also revealed there's another reason why her lips appear larger than normal at times — besides the fillers. "I still overline the s--t out of them when I do my lips," she explained.

Lala then gave her followers a full breakdown of her plumpifying lip routine. She began by showing off her bare lips, rubbing her finger across them to prove that her pout was product-free. "They've been injected, but this is without liner — no nothing," she said. 

Then, she traced her actual lip shape with MAC Lip Pencil in "Naked." Next, she went over her lips again with the same pencil — this time drawing a line slightly outside of her normal lip shape, creating the illusion of fuller lips. Finally, Lala swiped on Give Them Lala Beauty Lip Gloss in the shade "James" all over her lip.

As she showed off the finished look she quipped, "And there you go from natural with a needle to BJ lips with the overliner."
