Lala Kent Just Out Lala'd Herself with This Extra Long Pink Mermaid Hair
The Vanderpump Rules hostess went for it as a cross between a mythical mermaid and Lil’ Kim.
Though Stassi Schroeder may have been screaming “Let them eat cake!” in her epic Marie Antoinette-style costume for fellow Vanderpump Rules castmate Tom Sandoval’s birthday party, our girl Lala Kent just wanted to #givethemlala. And boy did she deliver. On July 9, current and former SURvers gathered to celebrate Tom’s bday and the theme of the evening — as far as we can tell — was “Extra”. From Ariana Madix’s epic unicorn braid to Katie Maloney-Schwartz’s over-the-top wavy locks, the PumpRules crew took costuming to new levels.
Not to be outdone, Lala was pretty in pink dressed as a cross between a mythical mermaid and, well, Lil’ Kim. The smokin’ hot SUR hostess teamed up with hairstylist and colorist Bradley Leake (who was also responsible for Ariana’s other-worldly mane) and Maura Herman to create the look. Lala’s hair featured some dark roots that transitioned into beyond-waist length strands. Her locks were crimped and curled to give Lala volume on volume on volume. But it wasn’t just her hair that brought the whimsy. The LA singer finished her playful ensemble off with a pastel, barely-there bandeau and a lilac, ruffle tiered skirt with a shockingly long train.
Honey, it was a look — and Lala pulled it off per usual.
