It's 2019, and Scheana Shay is inviting you to join her bootcamp or more accurately, "booty camp." The Vanderpump Rules (Mondays at 9/8c) pal has gotten so into fitness this past year, working with trainer Seth Browning to maintain a healthier lifestyle — and build new curves. “I had lost a lot of weight a couple of years ago and I’ve been with Seth just putting some weight back on in a healthy way and thankfully most of it went to my ass,” she told Page Six in the spring.
Now, Scheana and Browning are releasing a guide that breaks down the exact workout Scheana used to sculpt and lift her booty. It's a $12.99 e-book called "Scheana's Slimdown" (available on Amazon) along with a $4.99 video, and Browning writes that readers will learn "the top moves that got Scheana her ass back!"
Scheana announced the news on her Instagram, saying: "It's FINALLY here! Learn exactly how I slimmed down, in a new E-Book! It's a full guide on my fitness, food and tricks to get fit!"
Based on the teaser video, it looks like Scheana's gym days involve deadlifts, step-ups, leg lifts, squats, and more tough moves.
