Stassi Schroeder and Brittany Cartwright Both Tried Totally New Hairstyles for WWHL
The Vanderpump Rules beauties just stepped out like you've *never* seen them before.
“I’m in a committed relationship to my shade of blonde,“ platinum beauty Stassi Schroeder once told The Lookbook. Not anymore. Moments before her Monday, March 19, appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Vanderpump Rules cast member went over to the dark side. (Watch the video above to see it all go down.)
Stassi, who recently cut her hair into a sleek new bob, entrusted hair guru Julius Michael to transform her icy locks into a darker shade. “I wanted to deepen it but yet keep her blonde,” Michael told The Lookbook. “I didn’t want her to lose her identity, but I wanted to give her a little variety. I wanted her to have that natural balayage color melt look.”
Meanwhile, Brittany Cartwright was getting primped by celebrity makeup artist Priscilla DiStasio. When it was Brittany’s turn to get her tresses styled, the brunette beauty (earlier this month she gave us #summerhairgoals with fresh blonde highlights) opted for a ‘do we haven’t seen her rock before.
“I’m doing a big sexy full pony tail on her,” Michael explained of the voluminous updo.

We have to admit, both ladies look incredible. Want to know a secret about Stassi’s look? It’ll wash out in the shower.
Instead of using a permanent dye, Michael created a look he has never done before: he sprayed Stassi’s entire head with root darkener!
“I was so scared that it was going to look lazy like I didn’t touch up my roots but this is like Victoria’s Secret short hair," Stassi said of the finished product. "I’m contemplating doing a dark blonde for realzies now."
And for Brittany's incredible pony, Michael added 18-inch clip-in extensions by Hidden Crown, which blended flawlessly into her freshly highlighted tresses, to create volume for days.
