We've Got All the Details on Stassi Schroeder's Vagina Bedazzling Procedure

On last night's episode of Vanderpump Rules, Stassi got her lady parts blinged out — and we just HAD to know more.

By Marni Eth

This week’s episode of Vanderpump Rules introduced us to perhaps the oddest pairing of people to get pampered and primed together: Tom Schwartz and Stassi Schroeder. The duo booked back-to-back grooming appointments at Stript Wax Bar in LA—but were there for very different reasons. Schwartz was on a mission to remove the tuft of hair on his chest, which he described as his "last indication of manhood,” in an effort to increase his MOJO and ultimately have more sex with his wife Katie Maloney-Schwartz. Stassi was there for a routine Brazilian wax, but was quickly tempted off-course when she discovered an available service called a Vasparkle.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

So what exactly is a Vasparkle?
According to Rachel Sterling, the Managing Director at Stript Wax Bar where Stassi got her lady parts decorated, the Vasparkle is a service that stencils various colors of fine glitter on your body using a non-toxic adhesive. Stassi also received their signature Vajazzle as well, which is a similar process, but decorates with rhinestones. The two treatments can be done individually or together, depending on how much bedazzling is desired.

What does it look like?
According to Rachel, the Vajazzle is typically requested “in the shape of a heart or initials,” but during Coachella they offer varieties like palm trees, tribal patterns and flower stencils. In Stassi’s case, she chose a glittery kiss mark and a crown shape sparkle because she’s a “queen.” But not just any queen, Stassi explained that if she were “Daenerys Targaryen” from HBO's Game Of Thrones, her vagina would be “one of her pet fire breathing dragons” — makes sense to us!

Why do people get it?
In Stassi’s case she said it’s because her “vagina is a fashionista too” and she loves anything that’s sparkly, shiny, or glittery. What's the usual reason? Rachel explained that the Vajazzle and Vasparkle are a “perfect little extra, for that person that is extra” and is typically booked before special occasions. However, there is a steady stream of repeat clients during festival season.

What kind of prep is involved before getting a Vasparkle or Vajazzle?
First, the skin must be clean and free of any hair. Rachel suggests being waxed "so that new stubble isn’t bursting through and crackling the art.” Once you are smooth, you are all set to sparkle! The rhinestones typically stay on for two or three days and the glitter can last up to six days. For maximum results, it’s best to avoid steam and tight clothing after getting it done. If you don’t want to wait for the glitter or rhinestones to fall off naturally, you can remove either at any time with rubbing alcohol.

All nine Stript Wax Bar locations offer the Vasarkle and the Vajazzle services... and if you are really looking to royally pamper your parts, there is also a treatment called a Vajacial, which is a facial for your bikini area.
