The Whole Vanderpump Rules Crew Is Obsessed with This Low Impact Workout

We can't help but notice a trend. While clicking through the Vanderpump Rules gang's Instagram Stories, we noticed that nearly all the SURvers — we're talking Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Tom Schwartz, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, and others — have posted about the same workout: the LIT Method. 

Our first thought was wow, how much fun would it be to show up to a group fitness class and run into that gang? But then, we started to wonder what this workout was really all about. After all, the whole gang is in excellent shape. So whatever they're doing must be — pardon the pun — pretty lit.

So, here's what we could find out from the LIT Method's website. (Very scientific research, we know.) L-I-T stands for low impact training. The workout involves no running, no jumping, and no weights — there's also an awesome, upbeat soundtrack. But there's a catch, right? Indeed. 

Class participants do get in a killer workout, using resistance bands and their own body weight. How tough is it, exactly? In a recent Instagram story, Stassi shared that it "kills" her, and — for added emphasis — shared that the workout had her "deaddddddd."

If you want to try the gruesomely good workout for yourself, good news: You can stream classes to try at home! Right after Vanderpump Rules is over, of course.
